How does the recipient use it?
After purchase you receive a unique gift code and a personalised card to download. Share it with your recipient — they choose a workshop and date on our website, enter the gift code at checkout, and the amount is deducted automatically!
How do they book?
They browse workshops at lume-studio.at, pick a date and time, and enter the gift code in the checkout. The gift card amount is deducted from the total — if the workshop costs more, they pay the difference.
How do I get the code?
Immediately after purchase, your unique code and personalised gift card appear on the thank-you page, ready to download. Save it to your phone, print it, or share it however you like.
Can it be used for any workshop?
Yes — valid for any Lume Studio experience: Ceramic Candle Workshop, Mosaic Coasters, Private Session, and Corporate Events.
How long is it valid?
12 months from the date of purchase.
What if the workshop costs more than the card value?
The recipient pays the remaining difference at the studio — the gift card covers its amount and they pay the rest on the spot.
