📝 Lume Studio Cancellation Policy

🔹 Public Workshops (individual bookings — 50% deposit)

7–14 days before the workshop
→ The deposit (50%) is non-refundable.
→ Rescheduling is possible, depending on availability.

Less than 7 days before the workshop
→ The deposit (50%) is non-refundable  and no reschedule, as materials are already prepared and we cannot fill the spot on such short notice.

Less than 3 days before the workshop
→ Participants must pay the full workshop price.
→ An invoice will be sent by email.

🔹 Private Group Workshops (B2B & private bookings – full amount upfront)

  • 2+ weeks before the workshop → Free reschedule or full refund.

  • 7–14 days before the workshop → 50% cancellation fee applies (we refund the other 50%). Rescheduling possible upon availability.

  • Less than 7 days before the workshop → No refund and no reschedule.
